Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. This does not limit their rights where products are incorrectly described, unsuitable for an expressly communicated purpose or defective under applicable law.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment has been received, we will notify the customer and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.
Special-order products may require additional sourcing time, which will be communicated where applicable.

Estimated delivery periods, shipping charges and available delivery options will be communicated before the order is completed.

Where collection is available, customers will receive instructions regarding the collection location, operating hours and order readiness.
Customers should wait for collection confirmation before travelling to collect an order.
## 9. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery under our voluntary returns policy, provided the applicable return conditions are satisfied.
Products must generally be unused, undamaged and in their original condition for voluntary change-of-mind returns.
Certain products, including installed automotive components, modified items and opened consumables, may be excluded from voluntary returns.
These exclusions do not override statutory consumer rights.

## 10. Defective Products and Warranties
Mindset Store respects customers' rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Qualifying defective products may be returned within six months of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund, at the consumer's choice, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Some products may also carry manufacturer warranties with additional terms.
Manufacturer warranties do not replace statutory consumer protections.
## 11. Installation of Automotive Parts
Certain automotive components require professional installation.
Customers are encouraged to use suitably qualified technicians or mechanics where appropriate.
Incorrect installation, misuse or unauthorised modification may result in product damage and may affect applicable warranty claims.
Nothing in these terms excludes Mindset Store's liability where such exclusion would be prohibited by law.
## 12. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation by contacting Mindset Store.
Cancellation eligibility and any applicable charges depend on the order's status, the type of product purchased and applicable law.
Any statutory cooling-off or cancellation rights remain available to qualifying customers.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable legal requirements.
## 13. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5–10 business days, unless a shorter period is required by law.
Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method where possible.
The time required for funds to appear may depend on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate.
If we identify an error affecting an order, we will contact the customer and explain the available options.
Customer rights relating to misleading descriptions, incorrect pricing and product representations remain protected under applicable law.

The Mindset Store name, original website content, graphics, branding and other protected materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without appropriate authorisation.
